Shipping rates
Free standard tracked shipping on orders £55 and above — that's effectively free shipping when you order 2+ bottles or any bundle.
£4.99 standard tracked shipping on orders below £55.
£9.95 priority tracked shipping (1–5 business days) available at checkout for any order size.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days standard, 1–5 business days priority.
- United States, Canada, EU, Australia, GCC: 5–10 business days standard.
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days standard.
Tracking number sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our Dubai facility — usually within 24 hours of ordering.
Returns & exchanges
30-day return window from delivery date. If you don't love it, return for a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fees. Used and partially used bottles are accepted (we genuinely want you to test the scent on your skin).
To start a return, email business@houseofwatan.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price (minus original shipping if any) to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the bottle back.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or anything is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Customs & duties
UK and EU orders ship duty-paid. International orders (US, Canada, AU, GCC, etc.) may be subject to local import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country's customs — these are the buyer's responsibility and not collected by us at checkout.
Order changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for dispatch we can't intercept it, but you can always return it under the 30-day policy.
